Ingredients

– 1 cup mashed bananas
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
3. Add the oats, chocolate chips, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to the banana mixture. Stir well to combine.
4. If using nuts, fold them into the mixture for extra crunch.
5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them apart. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
