Method
1. Start by seasoning flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until combined.
3. Take each pork chop, coat it in the seasoned flour, dip it in the egg mixture, then cover it with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork chops.
5. Cook each chop for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
