Ingredients
– 2 medium carrots, grated

Method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C and greasing a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, milk, and salt until the batter is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes. Before removing, check with a skewer to ensure it comes out clean. Once done, let it cool and top with chocolate sprinkles.
