Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix together the oat flour, rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and apple sauce.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed, then gently fold in the blueberries.
5. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
