Yummy Blueberry Dump Cake Recipe
Ingredients
400 g frozen blueberries
400 g cherry pie filling
1 cup cake mix
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup milk
1 cup whipped cream (for serving)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
2. Spread the frozen blueberries and cherry pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, sugar, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well until mixed.
4. Pour the cake batter over the fruit layer. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
5. Bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream.
