Method
1. Start by washing all fresh vegetables. Make sure they are clean and dry before cutting.
2. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, red onion, and olives.
3. Gently toss the ingredients together until mixed well.
4. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Toss again to coat everything evenly.
5. Sprinkle feta cheese on top just before serving.
