Ingredients
– 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
– 2 cups shredded coconut
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 egg whites
– 1/2 cup sugar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Combine the shredded coconut, flour, salt, vanilla, and condensed milk in a bowl.
3. Whisk the egg whites in another bowl until they form soft peaks.
4. Gradually fold the sugar into the egg whites and mix gently until well combined.
5. Mix the egg white mixture with the coconut mixture and drop spoonfuls onto the prepared tray. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
