Method
1. Start by cooking the beef steak on a grill or in a hot pan for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on how you like it cooked.
2. Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
3. While the steak rests, combine arugula and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, then toss everything together gently.
5. Arrange the salad on serving plates. Top with sliced beef and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread on the side.
