Ingredients
– 500g beef strips
– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
2. Toss in the beef strips, cooking until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well, then pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the skillet from heat, stir in the sour cream until well combined, and serve hot.
