Ingredients
– 500 g macaroni pasta
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped

– 400 g diced tomatoes
– 500 ml beef broth
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 300 g shredded cheese

– 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method
1. Begin by cooking the macaroni according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
3. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft.
4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet, mix well, and then sprinkle cheese on top. Cover the skillet until the cheese is melted.
