Ingredients
– 500g flank steak, sliced into strips
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 teaspoons chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt to taste
– 8 small flour tortillas
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced flank steak to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
3. Toss in the red and green bell peppers, along with the sliced onion. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve the beef and vegetable mixture in warm tortillas.
