Ingredients
450 g beef steak, thinly sliced
1 cup snow peas
1 orange (juice and zest)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 red bell pepper, sliced
300 g cooked rice
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, then stir in garlic and ginger.
3. Increase the heat and add the beef, cooking until browned.
4. Mix in the red bell pepper, snow peas, orange juice, and zest. Stir-fry for a few minutes until veggies are tender.
5. Pour soy sauce over the stir-fry and serve over cooked rice.
