Ingredients
500g beef stew meat, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups egg noodles
1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
Stir in the beef cubes. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
Pour in beef broth, water, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Cover and simmer for about 1.5 hours. Next, add the egg noodles and peas. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the noodles are tender.
