Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
– 1 cup barbecue sauce
– 4 rolls, slider or mini burger type
– 1 cup coleslaw mix
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.
2. Combine the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything well.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then pour in the chicken mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes until everything is warm.
4. Slice the rolls in half and fill them with the barbecue chicken mixture. Top with coleslaw mix.
5. Place the filled rolls on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the rolls are slightly toasted.
