Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets

Method
1. Start by cooking the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
2. While the rice cooks, prepare the broccoli and carrots. Steam them for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce to create the bang bang sauce.
4. Cook the salmon fillets in a pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden and cooked through.
5. Assemble the bowls by adding rice, steamed vegetables, salmon, and top with the sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavor.
