Ingredients
– 4 salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
– 1 teaspoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Salt, to taste
– Black pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil until combined.
3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
