Delicious Banana Cake With Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup coconut cream cheese
– 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
2. Mix together the mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir this mixture into the banana mix.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Once cooled, spread coconut cream cheese on top and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
