Delicious Baked Cod Recipe: Easy, Healthy, And Flavorful Dinner

Ingredients

– 800 g cod fillets
– 60 ml olive oil
– 2 lemons (1 for juice, 1 for slices)
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– ½ teaspoon dried thyme
– ½ teaspoon dried oregano

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place the cod fillets on the tray. Drizzle olive oil over them. Squeeze the juice from one lemon on top.
3. Sprinkle minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano evenly over the fish.
4. Add lemon slices on top of the fillets. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
5. Remove the fish from the oven. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
