Delicious Baked Chicken Meatballs Recipe | Healthy & Easy Dinner

Ingredients

– 500 g minced chicken
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1 cup tomato sauce

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix everything well with your hands.
3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on the baking tray.
4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and cooked through.
5. Heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan and serve the meatballs with the sauce poured over them.
