Delicious Bailey’s Fudge Recipe: Easy Indulgence For Chocolate Lovers

Ingredients

– 400 g sweetened condensed milk
– 375 g milk chocolate, chopped
– 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
– 2 cups icing sugar
– 1 ½ cups chopped nuts (optional)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 100 g dark chocolate, chopped (for topping)
– Pinch of salt

Method

1. Begin by lining a square baking dish with baking paper. This will help remove the fudge easily later on.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped milk chocolate. Stir until smooth and chocolate has melted.
3. Once melted, remove from the heat and mix in the Baileys Irish Cream, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. If using nuts, fold them in now.
4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Smooth the top with a spatula. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the surface.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
