Ingredients
– 8 slices of bread
– 6 slices of bacon
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 2 teaspoons mustard
– 1 cup mixed salad greens
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Butter for frying
– Optional: hot sauce for extra kick
Method
1. First, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Once done, place it on paper towels to absorb grease.
2. In the same pan, add a little butter and fry the eggs. Cook them sunny-side up or over-easy, based on your preference. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
4. Assemble your sandwich by placing 2 strips of bacon, an egg, salad greens, and tomato slices on one slice of bread. Top it with another slice.
5. Repeat this process for the remaining ingredients to make additional sandwiches. Serve them immediately.
