Atte Ka Halwa Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup ghee (clarified butter)
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
¼ cup milk
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon chopped nuts (such as almonds or cashews)
¼ cup raisins
A pinch of salt

Method
Melt the ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add the whole wheat flour and stir it continuously until it turns golden brown. Pour in the sugar along with the water, mixing everything well. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and add the milk, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the halwa thickens, stirring occasionally. Finally, mix in the chopped nuts and raisins and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
