- 300 g fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup asparagus, cut into pieces

- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Method
1. Begin by cooking the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes, and stir for about 1 minute.
3. Add the broccoli and asparagus to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Mix in the cooked fettuccine, chopped almonds, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together well.
5. Serve the pasta hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
