Ingredients
4 cups arugula

Method
First, wash the arugula and place it in a large bowl.
Next, add the corn, cherry tomatoes, and sliced onion to the bowl with arugula.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
Toss everything gently to mix well and serve immediately.
