Ingredients

– 6 medium apples
– 150g sugar
– 100g butter

– 1 sheet puff pastry

– All-purpose flour for dusting

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into quarters.
3. In a large, oven-safe pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add sugar, and let it caramelize until golden brown.
4. Carefully place the apple quarters in the caramel, sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Cook for about 10 minutes until the apples soften slightly.
