Ingredients
– 3 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 tablespoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 cup of milk
– 1/2 cup of melted butter
– 2 large eggs
– 2 cups of diced apples
– 1 cup of chopped nuts
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together.
3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
4. Stir the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Then fold in the apples and nuts.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
