Ingredients
1 sheet of pie crust
3 large apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup of cornflour
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Place the pie crust into a pie dish and press it down.
3. Arrange the sliced apples evenly on top of the crust.
4. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, eggs, cornflour, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
5. Pour the mixture over the apples and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
