Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C. Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
3. Stir in melted butter, egg, and buttermilk until well mixed.
4. Gently fold in chopped apples until they are evenly distributed.
5. Fill the muffin cups about three-quarters full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
