Ingredients
– 3 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
– 1 cup sugar

– 2 large eggs

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
4. Fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
