Ingredients
– 500 ml apple cider
– 1 cup heavy cream

– 3/4 cup brown sugar

Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the apple cider and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
2. Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the bowl. Mix everything together until well blended.
3. Pour this mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to churn the mix until it thickens and has a soft-serve texture.
4. Transfer the ice cream to a container. Cover it tightly and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to firm up.
