Ingredients
– 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)
– 1 cup apple butter
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, apple butter, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
