Ingredients
– 1 and 1/2 cups of ripe bananas, mashed
– 1 cup of chopped apples
– 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, chopped apples, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to the bowl. Stir everything together until just combined.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
