Delicious Aloo Palak Sabzi: Sautéed Potatoes With Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
300 g spinach, washed and chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt, to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons water

Method
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle slightly. Stir in the chopped onion and cook until it turns golden brown.
Toss in the diced potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 5 minutes until the potatoes start to soften.
Add the chopped spinach and tomato to the pan. Stir everything together to combine all the ingredients.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of water. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Remove the lid and stir to combine before serving hot.
