Delicious Almond Butter Oatmeal Bars: Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1 cup almond butter
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts
– 1/2 cup dried fruit
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
– 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, honey, chopped nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and chia seeds until combined.
3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Press down firmly with a spatula or your hands.
4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden and set.
5. Let it cool completely in the dish. Cut into bars and enjoy!
