Ingredients
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 2 green chilies, finely chopped

– ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
– ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
– Salt to taste
– Black pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cumin seeds and chopped onions. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
3. Stir in the green chilies and turmeric powder, cooking for another minute.
4. Mix in the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
5. Beat the eggs with salt and black pepper. Pour them into the pan, stirring gently until they are scrambled and cooked through.
