Ingredients
– 250g tempeh
– 2 tablespoons gochujang
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 2 cups snow peas
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Sesame seeds for garnish
Method
1. Start by cutting the tempeh into small cubes.
2. Mix gochujang, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
3. Toss the tempeh cubes in the sauce until they are well coated.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the tempeh in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
5. About halfway through, add snow peas and drizzle them with olive oil. Season everything with salt and pepper. Serve warm, topped with sesame seeds.
