Method
- Begin by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into even chunks, about 2.5 cm each.
- Place the potato pieces in a bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated in the mix.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for around 5 minutes before adding the potatoes inside.
- Cook the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
