Ingredients
– 4 ears of corn
– 100 ml mayonnaise
– 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
– Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
1. Start by preheating the air fryer to 200°C.
2. Remove the husks and silk from the corn and spray lightly with cooking spray.
3. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over each ear of corn, coating all sides.
5. Place the corn in the air fryer basket and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
