– 4 medium corn on the cob
– 60 ml mayonnaise
– 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– Cooking spray
Method
1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika until combined.
3. Prepare the corn by removing any husks and silk.
4. Spread the mayo mixture over each corn cob evenly.
5. Place the coated corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
