Ingredients
– 500 g chicken tenders
– 1 cup plain flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– Cooking spray
Method
1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Set up a breading station with three separate bowls. Place flour in the first bowl. Add beaten eggs to the second bowl. Put breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in the third bowl.
3. Dip each chicken tender into the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, coat it in the beaten eggs before rolling it in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure they are fully covered for a crunchy texture.
4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket. Spray them lightly with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
5. Cook the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
