Ingredients

– 500 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 200°C for about 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle this mixture over the cooked Brussels sprouts when they are done.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
