- 4 medium potatoes

Method
- Begin by peeling the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Place the cubes in a bowl and toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket. Make sure they’re spread out evenly.
- Set the air fryer to 200°C and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- When they are golden and crispy, serve them hot with a sprinkle of parsley and hot sauce if desired.
