Ingredients
– 1 cup tahini
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
– Coconut oil (for greasing)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a square baking dish with coconut oil.
2. In a bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Combine cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Stir until well blended.
4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until everything is well combined. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
