Ingredients
100 g dark chocolate, chopped
100 g milk chocolate, chopped
75 g white chocolate, chopped
125 g unsalted butter, softened
200 g brown sugar
100 g sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
Method
Melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate together in a bowl over hot water.
Cream the butter and both sugars in a separate bowl until fluffy.
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually mix the melted chocolate into the butter mixture.
Stir in the flour and baking powder until no dry bits remain.
