Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined, ensuring it is well incorporated.
4. Gradually stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Fold in the chopped chocolate bars.
5. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt on top and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
