Easy Chocolate Cranberry Cake Recipe
Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
½ tsp salt
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a cake pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Remove the mixture from the heat and whisk in the brown sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, salt, and cranberries until just mixed.
