Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Butter, for greasing
- Icing sugar, for dusting
- Optional: ice cream or cream for serving
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (around 392°F).
- Grease four ramekins with butter and place them on a baking tray.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over hot water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until it becomes fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture, flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
