Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla into the dry ingredients. Mix everything together on medium speed until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cakes cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
