Ingredients
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup white sugar
– 1 cup butter (softened)
– 3 eggs
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 cup butterscotch chips
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake tin.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until it’s creamy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Slowly add the flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly. Pour in the milk and combine until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch chips.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
