Ingredients
– 1 cup of butter, melted
– 2 cups of sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1 cup of plain flour
– 1 cup of cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 cup of peanut butter
– 1 cup of icing sugar
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish.
2. Mix melted butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs one by one and blend. Stir in vanilla.
3. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add this mix into the wet ingredients.
4. Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
5. To make frosting, combine peanut butter and icing sugar until creamy. Spread it over the cooled brownies.
